1. Slitting cross-cutting unit for slitting rolled steel of thickness from 1,5 mm to 12,7 mm. Coil width up to 2000 mm. Coil weight up to 30 tons. These units are designed by us specifically for Russian and CIS market and has successfully proven themselves. This line is suitable for cutting sheets with cut and uncut edges and covers range of sizes of strips for the production of welded tubes with a diameter from 76 to 630 mm. Annual performance and price are offered below.
The machine we offer combined with a cross-cutting and straightening stands, as we believe this configuration effective in many ways. It can be used to cut rolled metal at minimal cost not only for the production of pipes. Until recently, the cutting plate was a prerogative of large plants with expensive European equipment.
We offer affordable line for the accepteble price, that can quickly cover the cost of the investment.

Description
This slitting cross-cut unit is designed to slit rolled steel in coils with width from 600mm to
1830mm, thickness from 1.5  to 12.7 mm.
Slitting speed:  40~80 m/min.
Cross-cutting speed:  20~50 m/min.
The technological process involves turning over the coil from vertical to the horizontal position, the installation of coil onto a uncoiler, coil unpacking, rough sheet straightening, slitting, edge trimming, looping pit, centering, sheet precise straightening, cross-cut to desired length, then weighing and packaging, winding strips, packing and removing the coils.

Description of the main components


1、 Coil tilter
Tilter specially designed to work in cross-cutting slitting line for tilting the roll sheet steel from vertical to horizontal position, providing a convenient supply uncoiler.

 3、 Uncoiler: 
It is intended to support and uwind the coil in the line. The single work position uncoiler, driven by electric motor via toothed pair. Expansion of the drum is achieved with the hydraulic cylinder with the electromagnetc valves. Shaft is also equipped with a pneumatic brake.

4、Coil opener:      
Used for opening coils and feeding the sheet into a straightening/feeding stand.. The device consists of a driven pressuring roll and a folding table ( which acts as an opener).

Lifting table-opener: using hydraulic cylinder and electromagnetic valves.

5、Feeding/straightening stand
Used for feeding and straightening of the strip.

       10、Edgewinder
        Used for winding edges that trimmed by the circular blades.

Used to create a reserve strip between the circular blades and the precise straightening stand.

    The upper straightening rolls are driven by a gear motor, lifting/lowering rolls with the worm gear, fine adjustment is performed manually, the digital display shows the position.
It is also possible to adjust the axial deflection of the work rolls. Each work roll has a plurality of support rollers, which can be adjusted to achieve more precise straightening effect.

   Lower roller are driven by an electric motor and a reduction gear.

15、Cross-cutting shears:

    16、Roller table 
        Used for feeding the cut sheet to the reception table.
 Pinch rollers are lowered by hydraulic cylinder, feeding rollers are driven by a gear motor.

20、Tensioner:
Serves for creating tension strips for winding coils of cutted strip.
     The tension is created by the hydraulic cylinder and a plate and operated by electromagnetic valve.

22、Coiler
Coiler is used for winding tfinished strips into coils. 4-segment drum, drum expansion / compression with the hydraulic cylinder, control by electromagnetic valve.
Drum shaft is driven by an AC motor, gear drive.
Pushing plate is driven by a hydraulic cylinder controlled by a electromagnetic valve
End support is driven by a hydraulic cylinder controlled by a electromagnetic valve.
Separating pressure rolls moves by hydraulic cylinder controlled by a electromagnetic valve.
The shaft of the drum equiped with the clamp for strip tails.
One end of the shaft is fixed inside the frame, the arm portion holds the rolls of strips, while pushing the material the raising platform of unloading cart is raised, pitch shaft is raised and the clamps are unclenched, the drum is compressed, the movable end support drops, face plate and unloading carriage moving towards each other.
The movable support has a separate support frame, a link mechanism is lifted by the hydraulic cylinder.

    23、 Unloading cart: 
Used for unloading coils from the coiler.
